Shipping policy

DELIVERY
Delivery will be completed within five working days of the order being placed (ten days to non-UK destinations). If you wish to have an order delivered to a destination not listed then please call 01473 359 807 to place your order via our customer services department.

FAULTY GOODS
Faulty goods will be exchanged free of charge or refunded within one year of the order date. Our returns handling department will assess any goods returned and determine if an exchange or refund can be given. Please call 01473 359 807 to discuss any returns you wish to make before returning them.

LOST OR DAMAGED
Please call 01473 359 807 to discuss any orders that do not arrive or arrive damaged.

UNWANTED ITEMS
Refunds on unwanted items will only be provided if the goods are returned within 30 days of the order being placed and the goods are in an unused condition. The customer is responsible for the postage costs to return the item(s). Please call 01473 359 807 to discuss any returns you wish to make before returning them.
