What been getting some love today.

Not a thing, I know I can't believe I've not picked up a dpn all day. Rest assured I'm not ill, deranged ,contagious or suffering from any non knitting afflicting illness, I've been sewing. From 10.45 til 5 pm my fingers have been hand sewing some project bags to go in the shop. I like to hand sew the decorative features on my tweed bags. So I should rename this post.

The yarn is hand dyed by myself for Suffolk Socks, it's 75% wool, 25% nylon and the shade is Lucy. It was a range We did to celebrate Suffolk Socks 1st year and it's so lovely to knit, they've already been claimed by my eldest daughter 'Lucy'.  Finished socks don't lay unclaimed for long in this house, I think I'll adopt the the saying 'closet sock knitter' only to describe me hiding in a cupboard knitting socks just for me me me !

I say this but my heart bursts with delight when my lot quickly lay claim to any socks on dpns, we have a new family member Lydia she my sons fiancée, she loves my socks but hey the good news is she only takes a size 3.5 shoe.
